Is there a way to copy programs from one flash drive to another, I have a lot of programs for ripping, burning dvd/cds. Must be a way , but, I haven't found it. Any help appreciated.

When I want to copy or move files between USB sticks I plug them both in and drag and drop.

TeraCopy seems to handle large files faster than Windows native transfers...

I plug in the two sticks and open two Windows Explorer windows. I drag and drop what I want from one stick to the other.
