OK, this is a little strange. I have an Apacer 128Mb flash drive. On one of my computers when I plug it in it shows up as a drive, but when I try to copy files to it I get an error something like "invalid path...blah blah". When I plug this into another one of my computers it works just fine. When I try to "browse" the files on the drive nothing is showing up on computer #1 but the other all the files show fine.

I am plugging it into a port on the back of the computer (via extension cable). Now before we jump to conclusions, using this extension cable on other devices it works just fine (i.e. my Garmin GPS, Motorola Cell phone).

    Any suggestions?

even though the extension cable works on other pc's try it without it anyways and also try different usb port if available.
