Flash Slide Transitions with Buttons

I have several slides. On each slide, there are three buttons. I want it so that when you mouseover one of the buttons, it goes to one of the pages.

I would have a roll over comand activate a motion tween that would just move one large slide(larger than the display is) to the view that you want. similar to how games with large playing areas are programed(eg. race tracks in racing games).
