Flec006/Unable to launch antivirus or browse certain websites

Hi guys,

This is my first time posting here.
My system got infected by W32.Bagle virus. When I checked on my taskbar, I get to see Flec006.exe running.
I am able to get rid of it by running combofix and following one your threads.

However, there are certain problems that wouldnt go away.
1. I am still unable to run my Mcafee antivirus. (Not a valid Win32 application)
Although McTskshd.exe and Mcdetect.exe is running
2. Unable to browse certain websites:
Such as www.download.com, www.mcafee.com
They are not listed under restricted sites nor listed in my host file.
The status bar, shows waiting for www.<website name>.com but nothing happens.

3. Unable to complete certain downloads (Such as spyware doctor or adware)
When i checked its properties it shows "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer and there is an unblock button which is quite useless. The moment I download from the site, same thing happens. I have to either download from a different site or rename the file.

I tried scanning using Avast, Panda online scanner they were able to detect traces of Bagle virus but the above problem persists. I am stumped.
