I am trying to set my folder permission settings on XP Pro. If I take away someones ability to delete they can no longer rename a folder. How do I enable someone to create and rename both folders and files, but not delete them. Thanks.

    I have these basics down.

It seems that when a new file is renamed, the phrase "New Folder" is actually being deleted, thereby requiring "Deletion" capability. But a user can also delete anything else with this permission, which is bad news. Is there away around this bug?
