Followed Malware removal and can't do combo fix because lost inernet connectivity

As stated in the title, I was following all instructions in Malware removal guide and when I got to combo fix after Malwarebytes I could not get back onto the internet to continue with Combofix as I keep getting the error 633 message telling me that there is another device using my modem. Modem has been removed and reinstalled, querries fine and is working, there is no Fax program running and I DO NOT have nor ever had palm hard/software installed. In the device manager the RAS ASYNC ADAPTER has a yellow tag as well as ethernet (which has always had it and functioned before with this) and the synthesizer kernel as well is also yellow tagged. Any guidance would be appreciated.

You will need to address the device issues in the software forum. As to your malware issues, just skip Combo and continue on with the instructions. If you cant use the internet to download, you will have to download the tools to a different computer and transfer via cd. We need as many logs as you can produce to help you.
