forgot login password

    just wondering if the password reset on windows 7 will work on any other win 7 system? forgot password on one pc but have another pc which has win 7 on it...thanks

    yes theres just the one admin account on this system.
    as for reinstalling windows..isnt a option as there are files on it that I need
