   I have followed the instructions for set up of my foscam. I tried to set up port trigger through port trigger and the virtual server and I can't access the camera from my computer or phone.
   
   I have an Arris DG860 modem/router
   Foscame 8910

   correction: I can access it using my ip address, but cannot access it externally using my external IP or the foscam issued IP with static local IP
