FRAPS. Dieing to use it but HotKey wont start recording.

    I am dieing to use FRAPS. I have succesfully installed it on both my work and home pc's. I start the service. I hit f9(the hotkey) to start capturing video but it never starts.

    I know that its not starting becuase I can see the little numbers in my tray. They are not turning red. And, no vid files land in my c:\fraps folder.

    Any suggestions? Thanks.
