Fraud desktop security 2010

Hello,

I am new here and have searched the forums for an answer before posting....or I rather hope I have read all I could on this!

I have had no problem removing the BNK.Win32.Keylogger.gen, but my question is...this is the second time that I have had this issue and I am wondering exactly where this comes from? And how am I getting it and where from.

Does it generate from a website, a download or maybe is received in email?

Any info would be greatly appreciated so that I can quit doing whatever I am doing to keep from getting this trojan.

Thank you. I had not thought about that I might not be removing all of the infection.
