Free software that filters audio?

    Does MajorGeek have this? I basically have up close audio of someone breathing and someone talking through the phone. The audio of the phone has clarity and when I turn the volume up and can follow a little, but I want it to sound crisp, can someone point me to some software that can filter out the breathing?
