Freeprod.exe - Please Help with HijackThis Log

Hey Everyone,
How's it going? From mid 2003 to early 2005, I have helped numerous friends and people I know remove spyware from their computers. I have done so successfully on at least three dozen computers. But today, my friend got her computer infected with Freeprod.exe, and try as I might, I cannot remove it. I have searched all over Google for a solution and could not find one. Please help me and my friend. I am stumped by spyware, for the very first time.

Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above and you still have a problem, make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below thread to properly use HijackThis and attach the log:
