FREEWARE to defrag ntfs

i instaled windows xp with no defrag with nlite now i need to defrag my ntfs drive

can someone tell me whats the best FREEWARE software to do it?

o&o defrag only has manual defrag = doens't work?!?

diskleet didnt install in my system!

I have installed and used both these defrag utilities numerous times on different systems with no problems. As you used a customized installation of XP, the problem could be with a service that also wasn't installed.
