Friend and Gateway?

    My friends computer has crashed and she is getting tired of putting money into it. She is looking at purchasing a DX4822-01 Gateway E5300 6gb with 1000 gb HD.
    I know nothing about computers but would this be a good computer for someone thats facebooks, puts up alot of pictures and plays spider solitaire? Just that maybe someone could give me a ya or nay. Do you think most screens and printers would be compatable? All she needs is tower. Everything else works fine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated......Thanks in advance.:confused

    If that is all they do, sounds like overkill.(1TB drive can store a LOT of photos.)
