Every year, more than 50,000 personal items get turned in at OIA, from cell phones, jewelry, umbrellas and eyeglasses to wallets, purses, money, medications, cameras and laptop computers.

"It's amazing," Ron Lewis, director of airport operations for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, said of travelers' attention lapses. "I guess they close their laptop, put it on the [Transportation Security Administration screening] belt and walk away."

Besides stuff never picked up at TSA screening areas, items are left behind in restrooms, sitting areas, airport restaurants, stores and even rental cars. Unattended bags scooped up by security get screened, and are then taken to lost and found.

Cleanmem works in a matter of about 5 sec. It uses a windows api call that is in Windows 2000,xp,2003,Vista & 2008 that tells windows to cleanup the workspace of a processes thus freeing up any memory the process no longer needs. Other memory cleaners end up forcing the memory into the page file slowing down your system. This tool does not. The API call frees up unused memory from programs, when a program needs the memory again it can simply take it back instead of forcing the memory out of ram and into the page file.

A good example is this, say you have quickbooks installed and setup for multi user mode. The quickbooks service takes 37mb of memory just sitting there! when cleanmem is ran it uses only 600kb and wont grow again until it actually is used. The same goes for all processes.

If a processes needs more memory it gets it back in a sec, I have it set to run every 30 min in the windows task sched.

The lawsuit says the demand violates the privacy and First Amendment rights of Amazon's customers. North Carolina's Department of Revenue had ordered the online retailer to provide full details on nearly 50 million purchases made by state residents between 2003 and 2010.

Amazon is asking a federal judge in Seattle to rule that the demand is illegal, and left open the possibility of requesting a preliminary injunction against North Carolina's tax collectors.

The Ferrari 599XX is the first ever production-derived sports car to break the 7-minute barrier on the classic 20.832 km Nordschleife circuit, lapping in 6 min 58.16 sec. Never gets old watching professional drivers tackle this track. I suspect I would drive it like a granny compared to these guys. The only downside to a sub 7 second run is less time to watch. Watch again works.

The camera is running at 500 fps, making the total clip of over 8 minutes represent just 30 seconds of actual time. Narration is provided by Mark Gray, Executive Producer for Spacecraft Films.

ID3 renamer is useful if you need to rename a large number of files in a directory accordingly to their ID3 description and a given "formula" (e.g. (%Track) %Artist - %Title). Such a function is pretty "smart", as it lets you assembly the filename as you wish and use the variables from the ID3 tag in the filename. It is required you mark them with a "%" at the beginning, followed by an ID3 section label (literally - i.e. the first letter is capital, exactly as it is referred to in the roll-down menu).

ID3 renamer can also create a new tag if there is none in the file yet; it lets you easily write into new files too.
