Well I am finally back after a self imposed 5 months absence due to illness.

A bit of background to this thread for newcomers to MG

Each day Major Attitude (MA), with help from Corporal Punishment(CP), review the latest programs and updates they receive at MG. The best of which they publish on (quote) www.majorgeeks.com (/quote) front page.

I go through their selections and select 3-4 programs that I think maybe of interest to MG readers to whet the readers interests. There is not much rhyme or reason behind my selections as I usually don't try my selections. I just list them. . Ratings shown are MG members ratings as a guide. They are out of a maximum rating of 5. It is sometimes interesting to compare the number of downloads to the number of MG members who take the effort to vote after using their selected program/s.

I also toss in a bit of humour occasionally to lighten the mood, taken from the Off Base and Way Off base submissions of that day.

I'm looking for a Freeware substitute for Clipdiary that has gone from Freeware to Shareware. Not succesful in a clipboard that will store many hundreds of previous clips that I need to compile this thread.

Will buy new version if I am not succesful in a day or so. Bear with me.
I will catch up on missed days selections.
