FTP Icons, driving me nuts!

    To clarify:
    http://www.tiberiumweb.com/getgentool/
    -shows icons next to files.

    http://www.gentool.net/getgentool/
    -does not show icons.



    I want to show thumbnails next to my files, associated with filetypes (i.e an image for all .jpeg, and image for folders, etc)
    I've looked through my server settings and can't find how to use this feature. I'm on a Unix server operated by Justhost.
    Any help is appreciated, thank you.
