Full System Upgrade(Nearly) need advice

Ok so Iv decided to bite the bullit and go for a full upgrade,this is what I was thinking of going for,feel free to tell me your opinions.

Ok about the CPU.I was thinking about waiting a bit and going for the Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 instead but Im not sure,and the GPU I was thinking I would be better of with a card with 512Mb but im not sure if it really makes much difference.Im also looking for a Hard Drive aswell,but Im really not sure what to go for.Iv read that XP doesnt register any drives over 140Gigs unless to fart about with the partitions and stuff.But I would probably only need around 120Gigs anyway,so can anyone recommend a HardDrive for me to go with this setup.So far this comes to about £450.I really wasnt willing to do a full upgrade as its way to much money but e-buyer seems to do finance on orders over £250.So I am willing to give that a go(provided I get accepted).Any advice or changes to this setup will be greatly appreciated.Cheers.

 

Your ram listed is DDR ye need DDR2 for this build!
