GAC_32/64 Trojan, Need help removing

It looks like a few of us have this nasty little bugger. And as a another poster stated, it seems like the solutions are custom, so I'd appreciate any help in removing this thing. I've attached the FRST.txt file to get started.

I think I just removed this trojan last night with hitmanpro 3.6.160.
So far so good. I used the 31 day free trial.

Did you have HitmanPro replace the services.exe file too? If not, you should

Also make sure that these folders are deleted:

• C:\Windows\Installer\{40b97709-416b-7728-9328-324992acbd89}
• C:\Users\Chris\AppData\Local\{40b97709-416b-7728-9328-324992acbd89}
