General networking wired/wireless HELP!

    I need to share files between 2 wired desktops and 2 wireless laptops. If anyone knows a simple route Id appreciate it. Im no novice with computers but networks have always been a bit fuzzy to me.

    So file sharing or even folder sharing where each computer could only access the same folder would be prime.

    Each computer is set up as fallows.
    Vista Home Premium 64 service pack 1
