Gfx Card needs more connectors!??

Hello!

Ok so I have a problem! I am looking to upgrade my graphics cards from
2x 712mb Geforce GT9800 in SLI to 2x 1gb Zotac Geforce Gtx 460 in SLI.

The problem Is that Currently I have Only 2 6pin PCI connectors coming direct from the PSU, (Which is fine because my GT9800's Only require 1 connection each). But the new Gtx 460 Cards require 4 6pin PCI Connectors (2 in each card).

I know you can buy Splitters that turn 2 of the 4 pin connectors into 1 6pin connector! But sadly I dont have any of these 4 pin connectors free in the case.

So I guess what im asking if it is possible to add another 2 6pin PCI Connectors to my pc some how.

Currently running with a 1000watt PSU.

Sorry I can Imagine this Isn't the clearest thing to understand, But any help would be Greatly welcomed!

 

If you have unused Molex (a.k.a. IDE drive) connectors on the PSU, you could try this:

Here you need a PCI-E splitter,it will convert your two 6-8pin into four 6-8pin PCI-E power connectors if I understand correctly that you don't have any free molex connectors 'flat inline four pin' :confused

If this is the case be careful,make sure your PCI-E power connectors can provide enough current for the card by checking your PSU 12V current lines,you should be fine though due to your PSU being 1KW.
