ghost issue, could be HW related?

    We are attempting to create the ghost boot disk so we can ghost a PC. We are using a bootable DVD. We keep getting the following messege whenever we to the PC DOS 7.1 Startup Menu:

    ERROR: PROTOCOL.INI does not have a DRIVERNAME = E100B entry.
    FAILURE: Drive did not load. NDIS environment invalid.
    MS-DOS LAN Manager v2.1 netbind
    IBM Netbind version 2.1
    ERROR 33 unable to bind

    Invalid device request writing drive A

    the computer is a gateway 5310S
