Ghost Writer Coruption

I somehow aquired a Ghost Writer 6.05 version installed on my
Pen 111/800MHtz/20 Gig HD/256Ram/OS Win ME which is preventing any bootup, cannot acces it as I'm down to loading with my Bootdisk. cannot format and if I use my OEM restore disk it prevents that from running a format, ran fdisk but no go,have contacted company but they have no help available as its an old version. nothing in the 100s of error codes on their site so am really stuck to say the least. What actualy comes up when i do boot up is an error code not listed in help which prevents any move other than rebooting, any ideas please.
