My gpu fan has been really loud recently. (haven't had trouble for about two years)
    Nvidia Geforce 6600GT
I have been playing Titan Quest for the last couple days, which brought up the gpu to around 70 degrees Celsius.
That would be the only thing I could think of that would have caused this noise.

I'm not sure what to do.

Check it for any dust buildup around/in it ....otherwise, keep an ear open and be ready to replace it (sooner, rather than later - the fan, that is).:)

I dusted it out, but it's still making that noise.

Just change the fan. It's a common complaint with video card fans dying prematurely, but thankfully they are cheap (ish) and easy to replace.

I only just replaced mine recently.

No amount of removing dust or oiling it helped.
