Green lines? Please help

    I got this computer from Best Buy just the other day, it is an iBuyPower machine. I got it on Thursday, and today is Sunday, and I am noticing green lines across almost everything. I am beginning to think that the graphics card is shot. Does anyone have any ideas? I have already tried re-downloading the drivers and actually reseating the card. I've also checked my monitor connections and everything is fine.
