Hacked Gmail, Yahoo and FB accts

This can be moved if its inthe wrong area.

My friend has a problem and I think its gonna cause him to kill his computer with a hammer. LOL He has called me for weeks about someone hacking his account.

Gmail was accessed by this IP addy: 24.129.121.183

The Perp goes in and changes his PW, in the Gmail, Yahoo and FB applications. I went over with my Malwarebytes and Rkill and this is on a SD card, restarted computer F8 and went to safe mode, uploaded and Ran rkill first, then full system scan with Malwarebytes... NADA. Nothing... Im lost.

How in the heck can they continually and I mean within minutes of him changing it they hack and change it LOL Its driving him crazy, hes driving me crazy so I felt that a post here might help.

The IP shows up on 5 Blacklists. How can he stop this from occurring over and over.

Well he THOUGHT..... he had it cured with a Keystroke program and resetting everything from his phone..... well, he has been hack free for a month of so now and just Monday he was hacked again.

All passwords were reset from alternate computer. Facebook, Gmail and Yahoo.

His Gmail keeps spinning when he clicks reset password and never gets to the change screen and his Yahoo account has the gmail as the alternate email when he responds for his passowrd change.

He isnt very computer literate but he builds and drives the fastest ProMod on Earth. He needs help and this is the only place I knew where he could get it.

He contacted Yahoo and was able to get into his account. Problem is he can not access the other and cant figure out how to stop this. I personally started in safe mode, loaded Rkill from my sd card, loaded Malwarebytes and nothing came up or was discovered.

He lives a few miles from me and if possible Ill go by and act as him! LOL This is his email where he recieves his orders and business through.
