Hacked? Hijacked? please help business email

    Hi,

    I love this site BTW, lol:-D
    Here is the problem. Yesterday I got an e-mail from the owner of my Company saying she was stranded in London, needed money yada, yada, I am sure you know the rest of the story. Now she is totally locked out of her Hotmail account, and they have sent this e-mail to some pretty upscale people. Who of course will help in a heart beat because the owner is very respected in this community. Hotmail support has been of no help. Do you have any recommendations? Or possible solutions? I did do a search on the original IP 196.3.183.72 It is based out of Nigeria. She cannot even get into the account to get her e-mail address and when I do a reply all, no other e-mail address are showing up.

    About the only thing she herself can do is to use a different computer and change her password. Then she would need to go thru our procedures to clean her system. If she can get into her account....she will have to clean it as well.
