HAF-x and ASUS motherboard connection help.

    Motherboard: ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 AMD 890GX AM3 Motherboard
    Case: COOLER MASTER HAF X RC-942-KKN1 Plastic Full Tower Case

    I am plugging in all of the cables and the front audio cable is confusing me. There is a cord labeled HD audio and another called AC'97 on the same cord. On my motherboard there is only one spot these cords can go into so I cannot use both. Which cord do I use?

    Either, though the HD audio connection is a better connection than the AC'97. AC'97 is probably there for backwards compatibility with older systems.
