Hard DIsk Usage Monitor??

    My HD "ran away" today and my PC ground to a halt. I pulled up task manager and had to guess which application or service was chewing up the disk I/O based on high CPU usage. I guessed rightly the first time.

    Does anyone know of a montiroing tool that woudl report by application and process what % each is chewing up of the disk I/O .

    Halo - Filemon did the trick. My piece of renegade software was eating disk I/O & as soon as I loaded filemon up, it told me who the culprit was.
