hard drive detection

hello, i recently bought isnt being recognized by my computer, are there any programs or anything that could help?

 

Not really enough information to go on. What OS are you using, the size of the hard drive, and computer specs. would be helpful. Do you have the hard drive jumpered correctly and is the BIOS set to auto detect?

 

the drive is unformatted. you just need to tell windows to format it, and when it finishes it will be available in "My Computer"
