Hard drive partion xfer

    I'm looking to find a program (preferably freeware) that will xfer ALL of my system files, so that all my settings remain the same, from one hard drive to the next, as my current harddrive is beginning to die =\. Any good programs out there that will let me copy all the system files, registry and the likes onto this next hard drive?
