hardware/systemconfig recovery

    how come my computer seems to be on its own, first i could not scroll up or down, next thing the mouse just goes anywhere and i can't turn my pc off so i press the power button to reboot. what happens is that at the start up windows will tell me about some hardware/system configuration recovery and when i'm finally in, my connection would shut off and i need to set up network connections again. please help me, the first time i encountered it i had my hard disk reformatted but i'm experiencing the problem again.

    Your problems don't really sound like malware but if you wish to find out for sure then continue on with the below.

    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
