Has anyone tried J. River Media Center?

I just downloaded this media player, and I absolutely love it! After just about giving up and deciding that there is just no perfect media player, I think I may have found the answer. It's fast, beautiful, intuitive, easy to configure, and does just about everything, including interacting with Tivo.
I was wondering if anyone had found a downside to it. The only one I've found is it costs 40.00. But I am going to try it out for a month, work it hard, and make my decision at the end of the trial period.
Anyone tried it? Give me your thoughts.
