have malware!! keeps popping up, please help!

iv'e got malware and it keeps popping up telling me i need to install some bogus antivirus. here is what its telling me.
-trojan.win32.agent.dcc
-net-worm.win32.mytob.t
-rootkit.win32.agent.pp
-net-worm.win32.dipnet.d
-email-worm.win32.netsky.q
-virus.win32.gpcode.ak
-virus.win32.hala.a
-backdoor.win32.agent.ich
-trojan-downloader.js.multi.ca
-backdoor.win32.kbot.al
I'm not the best with computers, but if i can get some step by step help, hopefully i can figure out how to get rid of it. I have mcafee antivirus also, and it doesnt seem to catch it.
