Have virus, tried the steps in the READ & RUN ME FIRST, still having problems

    I am running Windows Vista on a 64-bit system.

    A few days ago I got a nasty virus. I thought I had gotten rid of it, but then my Symantec Endpoint Protection started catching a lot of infections starting with APQ with a .tmp file extention.

    When I try to boot in Normal mode, I get a Windows-has-been-shut-down-to-prevent-damage blue-screen error, so I went through the READ & RUN ME steps (as many as I could) in Nafe mode.

    I was unable to uninstall Microsoft Security Essentials in Safe mode.
    I was also unable to uninstall my old Java versions (JAVA(TM) 6 Update 7 and JAVA(TM) 6 Update 18 are the ones on my computer). I downloaded the new Java version but did not install it.

    Attached are the following logs: Super AntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, and MGTools.

    It would be more helpful if you attached a log showing what was being found. These may not be problems.

    May not be a malware issue.

    Why are you trying to install this? It is not part of our procedure and you already have Symantec installed. See the first instructions in the READ & RUN ME. Only one antivirus program should be installed.

    What are the below?
    O4 - Startup: Auto Shutdown.lnk = C:\Program Files (x86)\Ali Keshavarz\Auto Shutdown\AutoShutdown.exe
    O4 - Startup: ToggleHiddenFiles - Shortcut.lnk = C:\Program Files (x86)\ToggleHiddenFiles\ToggleHiddenFiles.exe
