    Try this:

Start Menu> Search Box> type in "Device Manager"> Left click on "Device Manager"

Look for a ?, or an ! next to a device. Right click on the RealTek, or possibly unknown device, and right click on "Update Driver".

Let us know how it goes, and welcome to the forum. :)
