Having freezing issues

Sometimes freezes permanently, sometimes just for 30 seconds or so at a time. I'm thinking it may be a hardware issue, but not sure. I'm attaching a hht log to see if there's something going on that shouldn't be... Using McAffee & windows defender, the only thing that comes up is exclean.exe (a PUP) which can't be deleated. Is there something else that I should get rid of?

 

exclean.exe is part of BarginBuddy, running Windows Defender or Ewido in Safe Mode should remove it from the system.

Your HijackThis log shows no signs of infection.

I would uninstall the Logitech Desktop Messenger, it is an unneccessary process; and sole purpose is to inform you of Logitech updates and offers.

Like I said I thought it was hardware to begin with but was hoping it was something a little easier to find... I appreciate the help though.
