having problems with dvd burner

    sup guys.
    anywho, I'm having trouble with the sound, now Im not sure what the dealy is and all that but no sound is comming out of it. I've boiled it down to 2 things either
    1. it craped out on me, or
    2. I don't recall ever downloading any drivers for it.
    I've checked to see if the sound or anything on my end is muted or whatnot, but to no avail. so what do you guys think?
