HDD fails to boot

Hi guys. So, when starting my PC, it doesn't go any further than Auto-Detecting Pri-Master and showing my HDD name. I've been waiting for more than 10 minutes, nothing happens.

The problem is that even BIOS won't start, neither will boot from cd/usb.

Well, before this I was trying to install OS X and dual boot it with Win 7. When I made the partition with OS X active, there was some error while booting, so I booted from Live CD and switched back an active partition. And after that I'm having this problem I explained in the beginning.

If anyone knows what it might be, please advise. Any help would be great;y appreciated.
