Heat and freezing computer

Alright i'v had this problem with my computer,it just freezes in the middle of games (NO BEEPS/BSOD).I'v done Memtest86 and scanned for viruses ect and nothing has turned up.I downloaded Piriform Speccy and iv noticed the CPU usage going up as i play in the games for a little while,then spikes and freezes.

It still has its stock heatsink on,is it time to get another one ?

I was thinking water cooling,but I live in a humid climate.(Australia(Darwin)
Idea's and program suggestions/tests would be nice,before i go buying a heatsink.

I would all start bye Takeing a air compressor Air tool and Start Blowing out all of the dust make sure you hold your Fans in place while blowing on them.You can even blow out your Power supply just make sure its power is off and un pluged

 

Try cleaning and re applying new paste to your cpu, very simple to do.. follow instructions here...

this may reduce temps in your machine.

 

Please edit your speccy report as it is showing info that you should of been warned about ... under "Operating System" remove your windows key!!

Try running core temp.... http://majorgeeks.com/Core_Temp_d5665.html ...

let it run whilst you are gaming/surfing as this will give you a better "real" temp for your machine.
