   we just bought a new p4 celeron , pluged it in and used it for a few weeks, the other morning went to turn it on and its beeping,12-15 really quick beeps and a pause then starts 12-15 quick beeps again and this just keeps going. the thing is we open the pc to install a modem card and now they say the warranty is void, please help with any suggestions ..thanks in advance

   Did this happen right after installing the modem card?
   
   if so try these....
   
   1. remove modem card and reboot, does it boot ok?
   2. check that all cards and memory is seated ok... even to the point of taking them out and re-seating them so you know they are seated firmly in place.
