Help ASAP ... Error with surf bar

    I have a traffic exchange site and I was messing with the surf bar trying to get banners in it and now its all messed up I get this code when you try to surf:


    Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/emeraldc/public_html/hits.php:2) in /home/emeraldc/public_html/hits.php on line 4
