Help c:\windows\system32\svchost.exe

    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SVCHOST.EXE

    AVG has white zoned it and wont delete keeps popping up every 30 seconds with the only option of ignore.

    i,ve attached the files but there seems to be the log code and it stopped me being able to download the second piece of software


    thanks for any help provided

    Rescan with RogueKiller and on the right, click the DNS fix button. Then click the Registry tab and locate these detections:

    • [ZeroAccess][FILE] @ : C:\Windows\Installer\{8ad92004-9e34-f826-dcae-f5206536cc82}\@ --> FOUND
      [ZeroAccess][FOLDER] U : C:\Windows\Installer\{8ad92004-9e34-f826-dcae-f5206536cc82}\U --> FOUND
      [ZeroAccess][FOLDER] L : C:\Windows\Installer\{8ad92004-9e34-f826-dcae-f5206536cc82}\L --> FOUND
      [ZeroAccess][FILE] Desktop.ini : C:\Windows\Assembly\GAC_32\Desktop.ini --> FOUND
      [ZeroAccess][FILE] Desktop.ini : C:\Windows\Assembly\GAC_64\Desktop.ini --> FOUND
    Place a checkmark each of these items, leave the others unchecked.
    Now press the Delete button.

    Now scan with Hitman and attach that log as well as the RogueKiller log.
