Help - .dll File And Survey/human Verification Bypass

I've been trying to download this file but I simply cannot. Can somebody help me, please?

I've tried to complete one of the offers but it didn't work.

 

what os are you using ?

have you tried a different offer? I would try about 3 and if it didn't work maybe your virus program is blocking it .

 

It just kept on a status like "waiting for an offer to be completed" =/ and I tried all of them many times

 

I don't know what to tell ya ,maybe your firewall is blocking it or maybe you didn't wait long enough. somebody else will give you more insite on the problem.

Could you explain what problem you are having with your computer?
I'm certain that there's a better way to solve the problem than trying to download a file from a scam survey site.

Searching for that file using Google I got this message.

If it was a good program, you'd hear about it somewhere.

Thank you very much, everyone. I've downloaded a program on my PC but I think it's false, because it requires this file downloaded. And the download is kinda impossible, so maybe it's a trap. Thanks for the help =)
