HELP!! done "READ THIS FIRST" and still having issues - need help 2 confirm if clean?

Hi, I have been infected with the Antivirus 2008 :cry and probably other trojans and worms.

I have followed the suggestions in the "Run First" help which has got me about 80% of the way but there are still issues.

I now can access the drives where before it was totally taken over and i couldnt' access C: or task manager. The main issues i am still experiencing is redirection to certain websites; pc running very slowly (I have tried to run the defrag and the message is "Defrag could not work". I tried to install the defrag.inf file and this also didn't work. I also seem to have tracking cookies even though I keep clearing out these.

I would really like to know what is still infecting it and get a 'clean bill of health'. I currently use McAfee and so far it hasnt detected any of the crap that I have picked up. Not sure why that is. I have since downloaded hijackthis (have changed the same on the exe), SUPERANTISpyware and Spyware Doctor.

I have run ccleaner and all instances of Programs from Add/Remove programs but now can't see where I am still infected.

I have attached the two files that i have (I had issues getting the getrunkey.zip).

would really appreciate some help as been at this for hours and not sure where to turn next!! Is there any chance of getting pc back to normal?

I can still see the words VIRUSALERT next to the time in the right hand corner of the screen... any ideas?
