HELP Dont know waht happen to my pc

When i try to start it it when beep beeep no signal on my monitor.


spec

p4 1.6ghz
radeaon 9200 pro 128mb (agp)
256mb ram (1stick)
windows xp pro sp2
1 cd writer
1 cd rom
1 floppy drive
pci network card
4 port usb pci card

 

i got a long beep followed by 2 short beeps (signifying a video card error i think).

 

Yup. Bad or improperly seated video card.

the only problem is i pushed in the card in the agp slot correctly and i hear a pop soun,d so i know its seated correctly. i plug the monitor cable in and turn it on the monitor will flicker 1 time and change to no signal receive, folowed by a long beep by the cpu now..... waht the hell going wrong?

 

Theres only 2 things you can do,Keep reseating it and cleaning it and hope you get lucky or try another card in there a,cmos reset my be worth a shot,sorry 3 things.
