Help get rid of Netspry

Please read the guidelines for HijackThis log. You log shows way to much stuff running. You need to follow the guidelines. And logs are only to be posted when we request them. After running those tools, come back and tell us what problems you have and what steps you have run. Then we will decide whether we need a new HJT log.
