    Hi:)

I hope that I might be able to get some help...

I am running Vista on a laptop and each time it starts up in 'normal' mode it crashes within a few minutes - just gets 'not responding' from whatever is running and everything freezes up.

Tried CRTL ALT DEL and it does nothing - end up having to hard boot to get out.

Seems to operate okay in SAFE. Tried to disable unncessecary startus through MSCONFIG - but has not resolved it.

    Any ideas?

Please post make and model # of the system - please note this may be on a sticker underneath and may be more detailed than the model number displayed on the front of the laptop.
