HELP! Internet doesnt functions properly and I cannot boot in safe mode either!!

    I've just been given a PC from my mates, little daughter, and it had so much spyware, malware etc etc i was able to get AVG there onto to clear it but it wont let me connect to the internet via AVG to download the update definitions.

    The internet works, but only certain sites, google.co.uk, bbc.co.uk, if i tried to go into some other sites it just wouldn't connect. I also got AdAware to scan and destroy some stuff but i can't update the definitions on there either!! I've included the log file below, any help wouldnt be greatly appreciated! I have no disc to re-format either so i have to do it this way unfortunately!!

    Notes:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
