Help! Malware is not removing.

Hello,

I read and followed your pre-posting directions for malware. Downloaded Super Spyware remover and ran it quite a few times but it always seems to be there when I rerun it. Malwarebytes will not install - even after being renamed and installed on a usb stick... Computer won't recognize it and when I downloaded the driver, it won't run. Latest injury is when I minimize a window on Firefox, won't re maximize. This is starting to make me very sad. So here are the Logs for ComboFix and Hijack This. Hope you can help!
